Procedure:

I prefer ask. The licence for this file says "This image is a poster, and is protected by copyright and trademark by the publisher or artist concerned. It is believed that, since the English Vikidia is hosted on servers in the United States, the use of low-resolution poster images on the English Vikidia would be considered fair use under United States copyright law for the following reasons:" but the servers are in France (see Vikidia:About).
