Normally, if an account had lots of edits before they were blocked, and made a new account afterwards, we could ask the bureaucrats to merge the accounts together. Since the Yahoo account had very few edits before I blocked it, I don't think the bureaucrats would merge these accounts together. There's no need to redirect the username either, since you created a new account. The only time we'd redirect a username is if the bureaucrats had renamed the account for you. Cheers!
