Juventus Football Club, or, simply Juventus, is a football club with its base in Turin. They have won thirty Scuddetti, nine Coppa Italias, two Champion Leagues and six Italian Super Cups

    1. History

The club was founded in Turin by a group of high school students who attended Liceo Massimo D'azeglio on November 1, 1897. Their kit was a pink jersey with a black tie. The first championship was played in 1900, in which they were eliminated by Torinese. In 1905 the club won its first Scudetto. The following year its president Dick, left the club after fighting with the players, and he founded a new club. The Torino Football Club, which is still a bitter enemy of Juventus. After Dick left the team there was serious financial problems, and the club risked relegation, but thanks to the chairmanship of Corradini and Hess it was saved. In 1923 the club was brought by Edoardo Agnelli, vice-president of FIAT. The first trophy of Agnelli's era was the 1925 Championship. For six years there were no other victories, but in 1931 Juve won its first Scudetto in a series of victories called the quinquennium of gold, in which Juventus won five consecutive championships, four of which were under the direction of Carlo Carcano and with in pink important players like the trio of Combi-Rosetta-Caligaris, Luis Monti e Raimundo Orsi. The end of this era coincided with Agnelli's death, which occurred in 1935. Then, for five years the team would not win any trophies, until they won the title in 1950. In this period, thanks to the chairmanship of the Agnelli brothers (First Gianni, then Umberto) the team went through an excellent period, winning the scudetto in 1952, 1958, 1960 and 1961, thanks to the play of the Magic Trio made up of Omar Sivori, John Charles, and Giampiero Boniperto. This was followed by a period without success, except for a championship in 1967. In 1971 Giampiero Bonipeti became president of Juventus, opening a series of victories that lasted fifteen years, in which Juventus won 9 Scudetti, two Italian Cups, and International victories that would make the club the first to win all the UEFA competitions, and later, the first to in the world to win all official club competitions. However, the Champions League victory of 1985 was marked by a tragedy that took place before the final against Liverpool: in the clash between moderate fans and hooligans (particularly violent fans) 39 people lost their lives, the majority Italian. The 90's would not be particularly successful for the bianconera, if the Coppa Italia (1990) is excluded and the two Uefa Cups (1990, 1993). However, in 1994 the Juventus supporting coach Marcello Lippi arrived, which started a series of success that would last for ten years, with the winning of five Scudettos and a Champions League in 1996. In 2004 Fabio Capello was hired as a manager, who would immediately win two consecutive titles (2005–2006), revoked by the Federal Court following the Calciopoli scandal in which fixed games were discovered. In 2006 the team was relegated to Division B as a penalty, but at the end of the season returned to A, in 2007. After four year without success, Antonio Conte became manager and Andrea Agnelli president. Under their guidance, the squad won three consecutive titles (2012, 2013, 2014), the first without suffering any defeats in the championship. After the sudden resignation of Conte before the start of the 2014-2015 season, Massimo Allegri is hired as coach.
