Bureaucrat

Hi Vikidias:

I think is neccesary to have a bureucrat in English Vikidia. Astirmays is a bureucrat but he no is very active here. If people are support, I'll create the poll. Regards. -- Comedia 01:25, 17 May 2014 (CEST)
