- Hi. Brand new users like yourself would not be able to apply. You need to be contributing properly, not creating lots and lots of accounts to promote things and you certainly can't break our rules by evading blocks and bans.
- This account is about to get blocked and I would ask you please to stop making accounts and accept the fact that you're not getting on here and you're certainly not becoming an admin.
- We like people to follow rules before they get the chance to enforce them.
