Suggested rename

I would move the article to Czechia. All of the other countries have short names (like France and not the French Republic etc.) here.--2001:718:1E03:5128:D6A:F119:59A3:6730 16:42, 29 January 2022 (UTC)

I suggest the page name here remain as is, and the lead sentence be reworded to match the English Wikipedia. I'm doing this including the references provided. I also made a REDIRECT page from the name Czechia. Deborahjay (talk) 17:09, 29 January 2022 (UTC)

Yes, Deborahjay. I also don't want to rename the article, French Republic is name of the country, short name is France which is more used BUT here and now Czech Republic is better name. Adnan Bla? 17:16, 29 January 2022 (UTC)
