Aram Khachaturian

Aram Ilich Khachaturian (1903–1978) was a Armenian composer born and raised in Tbilisi, Georgia. He went to Moscow for his higher musical education and became active in Russian music when these countries were part of the Soviet Union.
His ballet suite Gayne includes the famous Saber Dance.
