File:Hearing aid in use.jpg
Original file (1,440 × 2,560 pixels, file size: 843 KB, MIME type: image/jpeg)
In this photograph, you can see a "behind the ear" type hearing aid being used. The mould (the part sitting in the ear) takes the sound into the ear, towards the Eardrum, while the thin tube connects the hearing aid (the small silver gray part on top of the ear) to the mould, and carries sound between them.
I took this photograph myself and I am the person wearing the hearing aid.
