This category duplicates others[edit source]
This category name is similar to existing ones, that cover the topics of employment:
- Category:Work (subcategory of Category:Economics), with two subcategories:
- Category:Occupations (types of work that are not professions; see following description)
- Category:Professions (types of work that require specific training, higher education, certificates, licenses, etc.)
The page Job goes directly into the category "Work" and means a condition of employment (vs. unemployment, retirement, etc.). The words Vocation could refer to either occupations or professions, and perhaps needs a page but not a category. Deborahjay (talk) 15:59, 29 January 2022 (UTC)
