Baker's larkspur

Baker's larkspur is a perennial plant in the buttercup family. It grows to about 26 inches tall. The plant is native to California in the United States.

It is listed as an endangered species in the United States. In the 21st century, many plants were destroyed by road crews which were mowing roadside weeds. The plant was made nearly extinct.

In Flowerlanguage, the larkspur flowers symbolize an open heart and can be associated with romantic feelings.
