Surongo is a 2023 Bengali-language movie directed by Raihan Rafi and written by Nazim Ud Daula. The film starred Afran Nisho and Tama Mirza in lead roles and was released in theatres on June 29th 2023, which coincided with Eidul. The movie hit the theatres in West Bengal's SVF environment on July 21st. However, the film was a victim of piracy in Bangladesh on the week of its release, with a Hall Print version appearing online. The movie's production company, Charki, had to take down 400-500 videos from YouTube and Facebook to combat piracy. They also made a complaint to the piracy control DB Police.
