Panasonic (as ナ ソ ニ ッ ク 株式会社 Panasonikku Kabushiki-kaisha), formerly known as Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. (松下 電器 産業 株式会社 Matsushita Denki Sangyō Kabushiki-gaisha), is the name of a Japanese multinational company whose main products are consumer electronics. The company was founded in 1918 and the company is headquartered in the Japanese city of Osaka.
