Walter Elias Disney (1905 - 1966) was an American cartoonist, moviemaker, screenwriter, actor, businessperson, and television presenter. He is famous for creating Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy, for producing the first full length cel animated movie, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. His live action movies include Old Yeller, Greyfriars Bobby, Pollyanna, Mary Poppins, and numerous others. He planned and built Disneyland in Anaheim, California.
