You can't move pages yet, as you have to be in the group "Autoconfirmed Users". To be in this group, which you will be added to automatically by the software, you have to have made at least 10 edits and been a member of the site for 4 days. At the moment, because you're a brand new user, you're limited in what you can do. If you need to see what you can do and when, check out this page: Vikidia:User rights. You're a brand new user. Why do you want Adnan to have these rights? You didn't even ask him if you could nominate him and being a brand new user, how do you know him??? OK, if you want to go down that route, I'll explain it. When someone creates an account, they are meant to use it properly. Sometimes, users make other accounts, called "socks" (shortened from Sock puppets). If one account gets blocked, then the blocked user starts editing from other accounts, which is against our rules. Sometimes, they also use things called "proxies", which are sites which change your IP address, to make it look like you're not blocked, and you can make more accounts. Editing on the site once a user is subjected to an indefinite block, is strictly against Vikidia's rules, and if the new accounts are caught and connected to the original one which was blocked, all the other accounts connected to it, will get blocked too, and any proxies which may have been used to get in, will be closed and blocked.
