After almost three months on the English Vikidia, I decided to request the administrator right. If I become an admin, I would mainly delete pages and perform edits to protected pages (including interface pages). In addition to general editing experience here, I know how to use the tools because I have been an admin on other wikis. I think there is a need for active administrators on the English Vikidia. Because I'm a native English speaker (there aren't many here, and I don't think any of the current admins are), I may be able to help even more. Thank you and please vote!

Support - We have six admins (Abuse filter is the seventh but it isn't a real human :p). Plyd has sysop rights for only technical maintenance and so far not for normal use. Rome2 has didn't do anything for a month, Super10 for almost two months, Astirmays for eight days, Linedwell for four days, and my last action was yesterday. While Super10 and Rome2 look inactive and Plyd should/may not use it for anything, you can say we have three active admins. In case of an emergency, it will be likely that one of these three admins will be the first when peforming actions. Now the point comes: Wynter is more active than us. He can handle deletion, MediaWiki namespace edits, block, etc. requests faster than anyone. I think we can trust him. Southparkfan 11:43, 9 June 2014 (CEST)- Support We need administrator. - Support. Based on his contributions so far, I'm confident that Wynter will be a good administrator. I also second Southparkfan's analysis. Wynter is very much active; having him as an administrator will maximize the chances for quick reactions when required. Finally, a native English speaker will definitely prove useful, for instance to answer sensitive requests with the most appropriate tone or fine tune some interface messages.
