Nikolay Aleksandrovich Skvortsov (Russian: Николай Александрович Скворцов; 14 October 1899 - 15 January 1974), is a Soviet politician who served as the First Secretary of the Communist Party of the Kazakh SSR from 3 May 1938 to 14 September 1945.
