Lake Tanganyika is a lake in central Africa. It is the second deepest freshwater lake on earth, after Lake Baikal.
Most of the lake is controlled by the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Tanzania, but parts of the lake are also controlled by Burundi and Zambia.
