Enid Blyton (11 August 1897 – 28 November 1968) was an English author of children's books. Her books continue to be bestsellers, selling over 600 million copies worldwide.

Some of her famous book series include the Famous Five, Secret Seven, Five Find-Outers and Dog, and the Adventure series.
